Inputs are written for a character facing right; the trainer flips them when you're on the other side. Unverified means the entry comes from a community list and hasn't been confirmed in-game yet.
Super Turbo uses six buttons: LP MP HP on top, LK MK HK below. [4]6P means charge back (about a second), then forward + punch. Super Combos need a full Super meter. No BIOS file is needed. Names follow the US version; the boxer, claw fighter and dictator have swapped names in Japan (shown on each page).
