KOF '98 uses four buttons: A B C D (light punch, light kick, heavy punch, heavy kick). Desperation Moves (DMs) need one power stock in Advanced mode or a full gauge in Extra mode; with MAX power or low health they become Super DMs. The Orochi forms and Rugal are selected with a code on the select screen. Needs neogeo.zip; a clone set (kof98a, kof98k, kof98h) also needs kof98.zip unless your zip is non-merged.
